Anant Kumar, CEO
Anant Kumar launched the first LifeSpring Hospital in December 2005 as a pilot within Hindustan Latex Family Planning Promotion Trust (HLFPPT). Prior to heading LifeSpring, Mr. Kumar was business head of Social Franchising in HLFPPT. Previously, he served as Programme Manager of the Andhra Pradesh Social Marketing Programme and Regional Manager of HLL. Mr. Kumar has a post-graduate diploma in Rural Management (equivalent to an MBA) from the Institute of Rural Management and a post-graduate diploma in Health Care and Hospital Management from Symbiosis Institute. He received his BA from Delhi University. An avid quizzer, Mr. Kumar lives in Hyderabad with his wife and son.

Giridhar V., AGM Projects & Finance
V. Giridhar has over two decades of experience in management and Finance & Accounting functions in the healthcare sector. He has hands-on expertise in developing and implementing Accounting Systems, fiscal management, financial reporting and taxation, which are effortful in improving functional and operational efficiencies. He also has rich experience in the areas of project financial planning and cost management. As AGM – Projects & Finance, he has been playing a key role in scaling up LifeSpring Hospitals by leading a team that identifies potential hospital sites, due diligence, and outfits each hospital to meet LifeSpring’s quality standards besides possessing exceptional financial negotiation skills to procure capital items and hospital procurements. He received his Bachelor of Commerce at Andhra University.

Gurunadh G.V.S., Head Process Control
Gurunadh has over two decades of experience in General Administration, HR, Process Control, Call Center Management, Quality, Logistics, Operations and Business Development. Prior to LifeSpring Hospitals, he worked at various Manufacturing, IT/ITES companies in India and abroad. He has rich experience in Cost Control Measures and Change Management. He believes in Continuous Improvement in Systems, Processes and Quality. He has a Postgraduate degree in Public Administration with a specialization in Human Resource Management from Sri Venkateswara University, Tirupati, as well as a Postgraduate Diploma in Industrial Relations & Personnel Management from Bharathiya Vidya Bhavan, Hyderabad. During his spare time, Gurunadh enjoys volunteering in orphanage homes and at a home for the aged.

Jaikrishnan A.R., Company Secretary
Jaikrishnan A.R. has over nine years of experience as Company Secretary for various organizations, stemming from LifeSpring Hospitals to HLL Lifecare Limited. In this role, he has assisted in the formation of LifeSpring as a joint venture company, facilitates Board meetings and Committees, and liaises with external regulators and advisors, such as auditors and lawyers. Mr. Jaikrishnan is trained in ISO 9001:2000 as an internal auditor, and ensures compliance with statutory matters both in letter and in spirit. He has an MBA from the University of Kerala; an ACS from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, New Delhi; and a B.Sc from the University of Kerala.

Padma Veerubhotla, Manager HR
Padma has over 10 years of experience working in the fields of administration and human resources. Prior to LifeSpring Hospitals, she worked in the Project Support Unit at the Hindustan Latex Family Planning Promotion Trust (HLFPPT). Padma started her career at Apollo Hospitals, in Hyderabad. She has a Masters' degree in Commerce, in Public and Personnel Management, and in Sociology. Additionally, she received a post-graduate diploma in Human Resource Management.

Priya Pingali, Assistant Manager Monitoring and Evaluation
In her role at LifeSpring, Priya is responsible for Monitoring and Evaluation. Before joining LifeSpring, she had worked at Acumen Fund, as a member of the Portfolio Team. Previously, she had worked for an organization serving child victims of sexual exploitation in Bogota, Colombia, and was a Summer Fellow with New Sector Alliance, a social impact consulting and leadership development firm. She has also worked for a CSR consulting firm in Rome, Italy, and a venture philanthropy foundation focused on HIV/AIDS and environmental issues in New York. Priya is a graduate of Brown University, where she studied Economics and International Relations.

Dr. Rama Devi P., Head Clinical Quality
Dr. P. Rama Devi was born and raised in Hyderabad, AP. She received her MBBS, PG from Osmania Medical College. Prior to joining LifeSpring, Dr. Rama Devi worked as a full time consultant in a private hospital in the OB-GY specialty in maternity care. She was one of LifeSpring's first doctors, having joined in December 2005. Dr. Rama Devi has a passion for social service, providing high quality health services to low-income people. Her hobbies are listening to old melodies and shopping. She is married to a caring and loving husband and has two cute and naughty boys.

Samuel Theodore Yalal, Assistant Manager Learning and Development
Samuel T Yalal has over 5 years of experience in IT, with a full complement of technical and business management skills. Prior to joining LifeSpring Mr. Samuel T Yalal worked at Sysgain Inc, in Seattle and Las Vegas, USA, as a Business Analyst. Samuel played a major role in Developing and deploying e-learning modules for various organizations. Samuel holds a Masters in Computer Systems Engineering from University of East London and a Bachelors Degree in Computers and Electronics from Gulberga University. He also holds a PG diploma in E-Business and is certified as Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer. In his free time, he loves travelling and play guitar.

Dr. Sridhar Muni, Head Operations
Dr. Sridhar Muni heads day-to-day hospital operations management. In this role, he manages all aspects of Hospital Administration, working closely with the administrators and assistant administrators across all LifeSpring hospitals. Prior to LifeSpring, Dr. Muni worked as a Senior Manager of Administration at Bhatia Hospital in Mumbai, reporting directly to the CEO. Dr. Muni has a Masters in Hospital Administration (MHA), a Certificate in Health Finance and Management, and a Bachelor of Naturopathy and Yogic Sciences.

Subba Rao T., Manager Accounts
T. Subba Rao has over ten years of experience in the fields of Accounts, Finance, Budgeting, Taxation functions, and Statutory / Internal audits. Mr. Subba Rao has extensive experience in accounting in a range of industries, including health care, infrastructure, and consulting. He received his B.Com from Nagarjuna University and his I.C.W.A. from Institute of Cost & Works Accountants of India, where he graduated in commerce.

Sujeet Kumar, Manager IT
Sujeet has over 8 years of experience in IT, in sectors ranging from healthcare, BPO and IT Services. Prior to LifeSpring, he worked for HLFPPT(Hindustan Latex Family Planning Promotion Trust) as an Assistant Manger IT, where he was singularly responsible for creating the blue print for the IT vision, mission and roadmap for a healthcare IT enterprise. He has experience in designing cloud computing, networks and security. At LifeSpring, his job is to introduce and implement new technologies and applications on a connected platform, to increase productivity while lowering the total costs of ownership in IT. He has a Bachelors Degree in Science, and has received a broad range of IT industry-recognized certifications, including IT Service Management, Security etc.

Sukriti Gangola, Deputy Manager CRM
Sukriti has been a member of LifeSpring’s marketing team since July 2008. In her role, she manages Customer Relationship and Branding. Her passions include aspiring to becoming a change-maker by being a part of innovations in the health sector. Sukriti comes to LifeSpring from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences, where she obtained a Masters in Social Work, with a specialization in Health and Development. She graduated from Lady Sri Ram College, Delhi University. In her spare time, she loves to travel and learn about different cultures. She loves to paint and is an amateur photographer.

Suresh K., Manager Quality
Suresh has over 4 years of experience as a Data Processing Officer in a leading government organization specializing in Irrigation Projects in Andhra Pradesh. He later worked for Emergy Pharma Limited for 2 years in the Finance division. He has been working with LifeSpring for the last 3 years in the Quality Department. Suresh is trained in Certified ISO 9001:2000 as a Lead Auditor, and ensures process compliance with statutory & regulatory matters. He is also responsible for continual improvements in the quality of services across LifeSpring Hospitals. He has an M.Com from the Nagarjuna University; an MBA from Osmania University; and a PG in Computer Applications. His hobbies are to listen to and sing spiritual songs, reading spiritual books, and gardening.

Tricia Morente, Head Strategy and Marketing
Prior to joining LifeSpring, Tricia Morente worked with the Acumen Fund as an Acumen Fellow. In this role, she focused on developing LifeSpring's CRM capabilities. Prior to this, she was a business strategy consultant and also worked in the field of economic development. Her work experience ranges from North America to Australia, Rwanda, the Philippines, Thailand, and India. Ms. Morente received her BA from Harvard University, MBA from Columbia Business School, and MA in International Affairs from SIPA. In her free time, she is a trapeze artist and a harpist.
